Bulk Billing Practice - Notice to Patients
As of July 1st 2026, you will receive an SMS from Trinity MC requesting your consent for Medicare bulk billing.
It allows your Medicare benefit to be processed as a bulk-billed service.
Please note:
· Consent requests are now mostly digital.
· Verbal consent is no longer accepted.
· You may now be sent a consent request before or after your appointment.
· You may receive a second request if billing details change or if you do not respond to our request.
· We are unable to bulk bill your consultation if consent is not provided.
If you're ever unsure whether a message is genuine, please contact our practice.

✅ All eligible Medicare services will be bulk billed for all Medicare-eligible patients.
💳 Non-Medicare items (such as medicals, forms, or certain procedures) will continue to incur a private fee.

Terah Bolt is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of clinical experience, including 15 years dedicated to mental health care and treatment across both public and private practice settings.
Visits are bulk billed with no out-of-pocket fee

Medical
We are a large medical centre offering comprehensive medical services. We are open 7 days a week Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, Saturday 10am & Sunday 8am to 4pm. We have 15 GP’s who offer bulk billed appointments for all eligible Medicare card holders. We are fully QPA accredited. We have easy onsite parking.
Specialists
We have a number of visiting Specialist doctors. Out of pocket fees will apply for some specialists. Currently we have an Orthopaedic Surgeon, Cardiologist, Psychologist, Gastroenterologist and Geriatrician. Please call main reception for details.
Dental
Westcare Dental is located on the 1st floor of the Westcare Specialist Centre in Port Adelaide. We offer after hours appointments and should you have a dental emergency, we aim to make an appointment for you within 24 hours on weekdays
Physio

Podiatry
Westcare Podiatry is a sports and general Podiatry practice in Adelaide, South Australia offering intelligent and effective solutions to all your foot and leg problems
Psychology
We have a psychologist on site who treats all common psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety, panic disorders etc. The psychologist will accept mental health care plan and private patients
Exercise physiologists
